DTZ man’s new consultancy – Sean O’Neill – Class of 1983 – As per the Irish Times Wednesday 13/01/2010

AFTER 21 years in the property industry, Sean ONeill, up to recently head of investment at DTZ Sherry FitzGerald, is setting up a property consultancy firm in Dublin. ONeill says that in todays economic environment bespoke advice was what was required.

As a property investment manager he has been involved in some of the largest investment deals in the market, including the sale by Tesco of its north Dublin distribution centre, the Wilton Shoppping Centre in Cork. He also advised AIB on the sale and leaseback of 25 bank branches.
